By registering for Traffic Gifts you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Traffic Gifts, you may only register for one Traffic Gifts account.

You may not promote Traffic Gifts in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Traffic Gifts in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Traffic Gifts account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Traffic Gifts. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Traffic Gifts is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and weekly updates from Traffic Gifts to all email addresses on record.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

 

Payments

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to Traffic Gifts created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. If you no longer wish to remain an upgraded member, please cancel your subscription via your processor of choice.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. Traffic Gifts shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related Traffic Gifts accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

All Purchases are final and can not be refunded.

 

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Traffic Gifts, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Traffic Gifts account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Traffic Gifts has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
